Here is a project we completed this time last year. We removed a load bearing wall between the clients Kitchen and Dining room to create an open plan space with peninsula breakfast bar.
Kitchen Architect’s in-house Architect and Kitchen Designer worked together to transform this space. As the wall removed was load bearing we submitted a Building Warrant Application to the Local Authority and obtained a Completion Certificate for the Client on completion.
